How do you set up employees? And is this how you can have different phones log onto the same square account for transactions and deposit into the same bank account?

If you want them to access your account on there phone you can do this with Device Codes. This provides them with a sign in key that restricts account informaiton.

Once they have that you can provide them with an employee passcode. this helps you track sales by employee and further limits there access.
