      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;@movado32k1! The CVV for Amex is&amp;nbsp;4-digits long and is visible on the front of the card. The 4-digits CVV must be entered to complete the payment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they haven't already, I recommend that your customer contacts their card-issuer&amp;nbsp;bank to confirm their card information, and also confirm that the card&amp;nbsp;is active. If&amp;nbsp;they're&amp;nbsp;still having trouble paying the invoice, you should &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/4993" target="_blank"&gt;call our Support team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;directly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
