I need a report that tells me all payments by cutomer by payment method.

Hey @BobV - Unfortunately, there isn't a report that will break down each payment method used by a specific customer. However, there are a couple of features that might get you close to what you're looking for.

1) If you're looking for a specific card that was used by a certain customer, you can filter within your Transactions tab using the last 4 digits of the card. Your filters would look like so (with the exception of your chosen time frames/location):

Keep in mind this will only show the card payments made by that customer with that specific card. If they've used more than one card, you would need to search by the last four digits of each.

2) If you're looking for all transactions made by a specific customer, you can look up their Activity tab within your Customer Directory as long as you had previously created a profile for them. (My example only shows one transaction with the customer I chose, but your customer would show more if they visit often.)

The caveat here is it won't show you the payment method until you click View Details for each transaction. You also won't be able to export their profile, but there is the option to print.
