How can I view my customer receipts?

Hi, I am using square in my shop, and ma not printing receipts preferring a paperless system....I can't seem to find where I can view my customer receipts? Thanks

you can view their transactions here https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions. Or you can see them in your Square POS app by clicking on the transactions menu.

Even though the ability to customize the receipt that the customer receives is great, there should be an option in the dashboard to see the receipt the customer receives. I would like to see exactly what the customer sees when they open the email and texted receipt. Just an idea that should be simple to implement.

Hi there, @Chadwick 👋 thanks for chiming into the Seller Community to ask this question! We are happy to have you here.

I've gone ahead and merged your question with a similar thread of Sellers who were asking this same question. This is definitely something that can be done from the Transaction Tab in your Online Dashboard! Just select the transaction you want, and you will see a short hyper link at the bottom of the transaction details which will take you to a direct copy of your customers receipt.

It turns out that you can see the actual receipt when using the Square dashboard in a web browser which is excellent. I have a Samsung Chromebook Plus V2 and I use the Square app that I downloaded from the Google Play store. When using the Square app for Chrome OS, you cannot view the actual receipt. In the Square app it will list the unique receipt number but you cannot click on it to show a copy/image of the receipt.

Is there a way to print a receipt for Apple Pay tap purchase? Also a signature would be preferred! There must be a way...

Can an Apple Pay transaction be charged back from a customer? What proof can be used to show that a customer legitimately purchased an item?
