How can I see the customer's information?

I manually entered a sale and the charge is on my reporting but I can't find an invoice that I can apply the payment to. How can I find the customer's information from the credit transaction?

Welcome to the Community @laborsoflove!

You can view your customers' information from the Transactions tab of your Online Dashboard. If you need to add a customer to the sale, you can do this from your Square Dashboard — check out this Community post for the steps to add a customer after a sale has been processed.
