    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello @Ihsmedia, it sounds like you're trying to update an Employee Management account rather than a staff account for Appointments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you want to change a role on an inactive employee you will have to reactivate. While you're reactivating them you'll have the option to change their role!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Currently&amp;nbsp;we do not offer the ability to delete employees.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 8 inactive employees with an old role. I want to reactiviate them, and put them under the new free mobile role. It won't let me without activating them for $5 each? but that is an old role.... I can't reinroll them becuase it says their email has been used. I can't figure out how to delete the inactive peope to start fresh...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
