Coupon has confusing messages

I am working on a coupon and sent myself a preview which shows the following message "The reward expires on May 10, 2018. No cash value. Not transferable. In-store only. May be canceled at any time."

How do I get rid of the "In-store only?" as this is only for online usage?

Also, how do I get rid of "Tell the cashier the reward code below when you pay?"

It sounds like you are setting up a coupon for in store. there are 2 different coupons. here is a link to setting up an online coupon code, https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/3955-create-and-manage-discounts#create-discounts-online-store

Trying to create an email to send to prospective buyers with a coupon and it shows it in the body of the email.
