How do I print customer receipt so they can pay when they pickup?

Hi,

I am sure this is eay but can't seem to figure it out. I own a laundry business and customers drop off their laundry and we give them a ticket to bring in when they pickup. I want to issue a ticket/receipt via square pos, but it seems to always ask for payment. Do you know how?

You could use Open Tickets. This would allow you to ring up the customer's sale and then print and save their bill. When they returned, you would be able to reopen that ticket and check the person out.
