If so, I can confirm that passcodes are not the only way to restrict team members from accessing certain functionalities. You can take a closer look at the permission sets you've created &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/team/permissions" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, and double-check which permissions you've granted individual team members &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/team/team-members" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to turn employee management on in the app. &amp;nbsp;Go to Menu / Settings / Employee Management / &amp;nbsp;There you can turn on passcode access and adjust other settings. &amp;nbsp;Before you do this make sure you know your admin passcode. &amp;nbsp;You can find this in the dashboard.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is passcode authentication the only way to block access to Balance, etc on the POS Menu? It seems to me that without turning on passcodes it defaults to administrative access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
