Using online payments form. No information about the customer is being recieved

I'm setting up Square Payments online using the payment form. When I send a test payment there is no information being sent about the customer. How can I tell who the payment is being sent from?

I use JotForms with Square. When a payment is made it sends the customer name as a note. My JotForm emails me and creates a database with all the customer information. What form service are you using?

Thanks for the reply. I'm just using the form that is recommended in the tutorial. An array with keys and values is being sent with the payment details. What array key can I use to send name of the customer?

@oohkumar It sounds like you're using Square's API? Customers API allows you to create and manage customer information and card-on-file details for recurring payments. You can use this to collect email addresses for mailing lists, or collect information needed to contact customers about a past transaction.

Keep in mind the Customers API cannot link customers to transactions processed through the Checkout API. You would need to use the Transactions API with the Customers API. Our Developer Doc has detailed information about Customers API!
