Square Capitol deposited to closed account

I was supposed to receive the square capitol loan funds but it was deposited in an old closed bank account today instead of my current account. Corrected the accoint numbers & hopefully have that money linked to the right account again now. What will hppen now & how long will it take to get right?

They should be able to get you squared away, and let us know if you need anything else.

Ok, thank you. Started getting payments taken out for repayment of square capital but haven't recieved any money from the loan yet.

This same thing happened to me. I had changed my account and before I was approved, I had another account on my profile that was verified.

I reached out to square and I received an email from Calvin at the Square Capital Team at

<square@help-messaging.squareup.com>

I got with my bank (Bank of America) and got back to Calvin concerning the 2 dates the ACH bounded back to square. I sent that to him in email yesterday morning and sent another email.

I understand that everyone is busy but like others, this is critical to me and I need to see what the timeline is for the re-deposit.

I'm concerned about the money.

I’ve been waiting a month. They never reply and my new account was verified the very next day. Still no funds have been transferred
