Delivery charge for each order? Dont want to add a modified to every option I have. Just need standard delivery charges for different zones per ticket or order.

Give me some grace here as this may be a very ignorant answer. Could you not create an "item" for the delivery charge if you know what zone it is going to, and just add that item to the order? Not a modifier per say.

Hello @Bcald99 and @ACAcatering!

I was going to suggest exactly what @ACAcatering mentioned. The only tweak I would add is to make an item for each zone that way you can track which delivery zone generates the most revenue.
