    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would first ask your customer to wait a day or two to see if it drops off.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes people look at their pending trasactions in their bank account, and think they are being charged twice, when in actuality, their account is just being checked to see if they can cover the amount.&amp;nbsp; If it's still an issue, I would call customer support.&amp;nbsp; They've always been very helpful with things like this for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My client was charged twice but under my transactions hers is only listen once. I want to give her a refund but still make sure I'm getting paid the correct amount. Right now I have the correct amount but she was charged double. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
