How do I put a carriage return in the item description?

How do I put a carriage return in the item description? (i.e multiple paragraphs)

Specifically, I made an event in the store, but my spacing is always deleted and it is just one long paragraph once it's published to the store.

Hey @bravedog - It sounds like you're referring to the Online Store, correct? Since the description is being condensed for the smaller space it's in, the line breaks you inserted will not be visible. However, when the customer clicks on the price to expand the event, the line breaks are present and it no longer resembles a longer paragraph.

My item description doesn't have the line breaks in it anywhere, not even when I click to purchase, do I need to use HTML or something?

Hey @AudreySC. This post has images from the old Square Online Store. Is that what you're still using? Or are you using the Weebly store now?

I am using the Weebly store and still don't see line breaks so I am assuming I have to use HTML to accomplish this?

Can I get a little more insight into what you are trying to accomplish. I am not familiar with carriage return can you provide more detail about this?

Also we do have the item description box, can you utilize that to input the carriage return?
