How can I change a refund amount

I entered a partial refund through SimpleTix that goes through square. I entered 20.00 for the refund. Because the customer bought 2 tickets at the same time it doubled the amount sent to square once i hit the process button. So there are 2 refunds at 20.00. I only want one 20 refund. What do I do>

Hello @ksand1010, I'm sorry to hear about this.

As @ACAcatering mentioned (thanks!) you can process a refund from your Square account if you need to.

But it sounds lik you initiated the refund from SimpleTix? If that's the case please contact their support team directly at support@simpletix.com.
