Hi @casa_yaque - Just to clarify, are you attempting to charge a US card or an international card? If it's US, you would need the zip code to proceed. If it is international, I have heard from other Sellers that inputting "00000" worked for them.

Receive VCC payments from Insurance companies for services provided that do not have zip codes. How can I still process the VCC without having to call every insurance multiple times to try and get the zip code.
