Customer option to pay in full or make installments

We are considering changing our payment structure but I'm not sure if Square can do this. I would like to invoice a customer for a total and allow them to either pay it in full or have it spread out in monthly payments until a set date. We have enough customers, all with different totals that asking each one their preference and manually setting up an invoice or recurring payments would be entirely too tedious.

Square does off installment plans to customers. I think it is limited to certain states.
