Print the customers’ order number ticket first?

Not sure if this is a default setting that can be changed, but I’d like the customers’ order # chit to print before the itemized kitchen chit. Is that possible?? As of now the customer has to wait while the kitchen ticket finishes printing before they get their number ticket. It’s annoying and awkward. Please help.

We only have one printer.

Hey @sharpies! There isn't a way to change the order that the kitchen and order tickets are printer but I see how it would speed things along at your business. Hopefully another seller can share if a workaround they've discovered in the meantime!
