I am doing a plant sale and I would like to be able to have have in a csv what a person ordered going across in one row in the excel file. I can only find it by each item going down in a column and then I have to sort by customer. Is there away to downlad a csv that is like the transaction csv but with every item listed as well.

Unfortunately there's not an easy way to go about doing this since you're not able to export a report that sorts item purchases by customer.

The workaround that you're using currently is probably the best way to go about it. I've seen a few other sellers sort their transactions by card number (since each card number would be specific to that customer) and export individual Item Summary reports for each of them.

If you come up with a better workaround, do share, as I'm sure you're not the only seller trying to accomplish this.
