thread Email Marketing Campaign Management: Notifications and Unsubscribed Customers in Archived Discussions (Read Only)

A customer recently told me she had not received an email we sent via Square Marketing. I checked the Customer Directory and saw that the email address was mistyped when I entered it. Is there a way that Square Marketing reports bounced emails so we can go in and try to correct them? I've added a lot of emails to the system manually and I wouldn't be surprised that a few more are bad.

Hi @purplebutterfly

The Customer Directory does have a feature that corrects invalid email addresses from being

entered, so it's likely that while you entered the wrong info for your customer, it might actually be a valid email address for someone in the world.

There's not really a good way that I've seen to help with this other than doing a manual audit of your customers emails. Hopefully one of your fellow sellers can chime in with a good workaround for you.
