Why has my domain been blocked I just purchased and updated the plan yesterday!

hi I need help

I just upgraded my plan yesterday to purchase a domain. It was all good up and running till this morning I’ve seen I needed to confirm my email. So the administrator blocked my domain. I’m trying to unblock it but my request won’t go in. I’ve already confirmed my email. Help!!!

Hello @Bosslizbeth99 thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your website. can you include your website so I can take a look on my end? Often it is a matter of clearing your web browser cache or cookies, or trying a different web browser. Are you getting a specific message that indicates the admin blocked the domain? Any more info you can provide would be helpful in helping to sort this out for you.
