I did that and that just imported everything from Square including my clients with the "Square Client #" tag.. Now I need to go and clean up my CMS. Not a good idea - sorry.

When I first setup the integration with Thryv with square the customer information was been sent over perfectly, name, email, phone and so on. But after a month using it all my customers come in with a generate "Square client #xxxxx" with no useable information beside how much they paid. Thryv said that on their end everything is green with the integration and that it might be a square security policy. I cannot find a solution... help?

If Thryv says everything looks good on their end the only advice I could personally give you is to disconnect and reconnect the integration. We do not control how an integration behaves. However, if Thryv indeed believes that the problem is on our end they are able to file a ticket with our API team to have them investigate this matter they are calling "our security policy".

I hope this information is helpful @dabos
