How do I hide my business hours for my Square Appointments online booking site?

I am a part time photographer. My business hours are different every week. I was able to customize my hours for appointment booking, but when a customer visits the page, it shows "closed" for every week day. Is there a way to remove the open hours by week day all together?

Hi @jodywilliams. There isn't a way to hide your business hours from your Appointments online booking site currently. I see how this would make more sense for you, and I've surfaced your post with the team. Rest assured if you've set custom hours for your appointments, your clients won't be able to book outside of those hours.

Thank you for this response. I too have customized my hours but what is displayed in Appointments is 9 am - 6 pm daily. Where is that info generated? Is it accessible? Thanks!

Hey @SoFlaDesigner2, thanks for bringing this up.

The hours of availability that display on your Appointments Booking Site are determined by what you enter in Account & Settings > Business > Locations > select appropriate location > Business Hours > enter information > Save. Hope this helps clear things up—I'll be sure to surface your experience with our Appointments team.

This isn't working on my end. Still showing availabilty for 4am when I've set the business hour to open at 9:45am.

I have a virtual business and want to manage my availability more variably & refined than the "open hours" tab.

How can I not display "open hours" on my booking page?

How can I create more variable and refined available hours? I never want it to be my "open hours" even though I know I can block time on my Google calendar and it syncs. And, depending on service, I might want different availability.

How can I do this? I am struggling with these settings.

Only one staff member (me).

Hi @paulag01 - at this time it's not possible to completely hide your booking hours when using the Appointments online booking site. But you can customize your hours every week following the steps in this post to Override Hours.

Thank you @Helen - that does the trick. I was missing the extra "+" where I could have non-contiguous blocks of available time on a given day.

Would be great to have option to change the open hours for the business to "available by appointment" or something. I know you were raising that issue per the photographer's question above,but just chiming in.
