&lt;P&gt;You're able to resend invoices to the customers that have outstanding payments, so try resend and reaching out to the customer directly to resolve this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just wondering what one should do when your customer doesn't pay their invoice? Does Square send them to collections or is that up to us as business owners? Are there any consequences to the customer on Square's end?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
