    <description>&lt;P&gt;That sounds strange &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/111433"&gt;@KayleeWhite&lt;/a&gt; If your employee adds a note to the Appointment from a computer you should be able to see it in the app.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you check that you're using the latest version of the Appointments Point of Sale app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're still having trouble seeing the note I recommend calling our CS team. Let them know that you've updated your phone, and also let them know what permission this employee has. They'll be able to take a closer look on the back end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an employee entering notes into the note section when someone purchases a package (I own a spa, and sell multiple services at a discounted price). A lot of the times I have clients back to back so I rely on the mobile app to look at appointments/client notes. I've noticed the notes my employee enters are not appearing on mobile. Is there a way I can make this happen?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
