How do you change an item to digital and not have to have customers enter their shipping address?

I have searched high and low for an answer that works here, but I still cannot find out how to make an item digital. I am selling a membership-only, and nothing else for the moment, and I want to keep the payment interface as simple as possible (i.e., remove the shipping address).

When we are selling something digital (like a course) we have it as pickup only.. it has been working for us.

Thanks! Are you using the website tool within Square to accept payments, or are you simply creating links to products and checkout? I’m doing the latter.
