Is there a way to add Square payments only once a week with no added fee?

I would only like to have one lump sum transfer from square a week. (I see the ones with a fee seem to be if you want your money fast. I don't want it fast, I just want it one time a week.) Is this possible?

there is not a way to have your funds held by Square. You can either have next day transfer, or instant transfer.
