How do I manually create an order in the app and then the customer pay when they pick it up? I create custom products and the customers tend to call the order in and then pay when they come into the shop. I do not want to do an invoice but want to do an actual order. It appears that orders do not show up on the orders dashboard if you issue an invoice.

Hello @Smithson !

If you're trying to stick with the Orders dashbaord unfortunately there isn't an easy way to create an order for payment at pickup.

However, you can enable Open Tickets on your device. You'll ring the order in as you usually would, but instead of cashing it out you'd save the ticket.

On your device: more -> settings -> Open Tickets. (You may have to install the free addon from the addons menu) Enable this setting and you'll see a Tickets button next to your Charge button on the system. All pending tickets you create will show up by tapping this Tickets button-they will not show in the Orders screen.

I've heard rumblings about Open Tickets eventually showing up in the Orders screen, but I don't have a timetable (or even know if it's true tbh).
