We would love to hear from those of you who HAVE implemented a monthly beauty influencer program like a beauty box etc. Did you like it? Did customers? What was the process or "flowchart" of keeping things scheduled or slated for production?

We're Gloss & Toss Hair Care, and we're looking at getting something going but putting our feelers out there just a bit.

Did you base on your Average SKU and then discount or did you have a "set price " in mind at the get-go ?
