Problems during library import? Column headers error message

Hey there! I'm trying to do a bulk inventory tracking change but when I Import my item library I get the message "Import file contains duplicate column headers (Tax - Sales Tax (6.5%)). Make sure all column headers are unique." I left the headers exactly as they were from Export though so I'm confused and don't want to mess up my inventory. Thanks for the help!

If this is the case and columns were not modified then, my suggestion is to reach out to our support team @briannam. You can have them take a look at your file to confirm everything is looking as it should and escalate if necessary.

You can give them a call at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
