Custom tax in MA

I have a clothing store in MA so anything under $175 isn’t taxed and anything over is taxed the difference. How do I create this rule in the square app so we can charge and collect the appropriate taxes?

You can apply the tax manually to the items that go over the $175.00 amount.

Another workaround would be to create a variable priced "Tax" item that you can add to the sale and calculate the amount manually during checkout.
