How can I use the Loyalty program online

I wanted to use the loyalty program online as I dont have a store. I wanted to have this for my repeat clients to use but I am not sure how to do that. I do not see a way for them to enter their information. I thought when I invoiced them it would give them an option to enter the program.

I sent it out in an email to y’all customers, as I also don’t have a store. I can’t figure out how to enroll them and I emailed support yesterday and still haven’t received an answer. Good luck.

Hi @jmasonmarshall - Right now Loyalty and Invoices isn't integrated, but you can manually add a customer into the Loyalty program.

If you go to Customer Directory, then add or click on a customer, you'll see a panel on the right side pop up. Scroll down and under Loyalty, click "Create an Account." Just remember you'll have to manually add any future loyalty "points" by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of Loyalty on their profile.

I have an online website and I want to let customers redeem their rewards online. Is this possible? I have played around with some features and even added rewards to my account to see if I could use a reward code at checkout and I cannot seem to find this??

I've gone ahead and moved your post to a separate thread where some of your peers have been asking for this same feature. At this time, Square's Loyalty Program is only available to use for in-person transactions. As we grow, we are continually looking for new spaces to implement our Loyalty Program - and Online Stores are the top of our list. Thanks for your patience while we get this up and running!

When there is an update to this feature, we will be sure to notify everyone in this thread. Thanks again for dropping your feedback here, we are grateful.

Hi @DaphnesCloset21 Thanks for reaching out 😊According to the Square Loyalty FAQ page, you should be able to earn and redeem loyalty points through your Square Online website.

Customers can redeem or earn rewards for transactions completed through Square Online. When completing a transaction on your business’ website, the buyer will need to enter in their phone number to apply any accrued rewards to their transaction. The rewards used for the purchase will appear on their digital receipt.

One caveat is that they only work when tied to a specific item. If they are tied to a category in Square they will not work since categories do not sync.
