    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/71325"&gt;@sassysteph&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Most customers enroll in person when they are prompted to add their email or phone number. You can also add them to your Loyalty program by navigating to your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/customers/directory" target="_self"&gt;Customer Director&lt;/A&gt;y. If you click on a customer, you'll see an option for adding them to your program under Loyalty in their profile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you need to manually adjust future points, you can do so in that same section by clicking the three dots in their profile under Loyalty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I emailed my customers an invitation to join the loyalty program, but how do they actually enroll? I do everything by email and the invitation didn’t give them the option. Also, how do i manually add loyalty points since a few made purchases after that email?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
