Square Loyalty Enrollment Emails

I emailed my customers an invitation to join the loyalty program, but how do they actually enroll? I do everything by email and the invitation didn’t give them the option. Also, how do i manually add loyalty points since a few made purchases after that email?

Hi @sassysteph - Most customers enroll in person when they are prompted to add their email or phone number. You can also add them to your Loyalty program by navigating to your Customer Directory. If you click on a customer, you'll see an option for adding them to your program under Loyalty in their profile.

If you need to manually adjust future points, you can do so in that same section by clicking the three dots in their profile under Loyalty.
