iPad and Printer connecting

So, I have question about printer and iPad connecting.

My restaurant using one iPad and Square restaurant POS system app and 2 kitchen printers and 1 server printer.

One of kitchen printer is connecting ethernet cable with wifi router now.
other two printer is connecting USB cable with stand.

So, here is situation.
My restaurant system is taking order at door and server take out iPad from stand, go to door and taking order.

but, If we take out iPad from Stand, USB connected printer doesn't print order sheet.

only one of printer is printing because this one is connecting with wifi router.

So, how i do set up like all printer is printing order even if server take out iPad from Stand ?

you would have to have an ethernet printer rather than a USB printer. the USB one doesn't work because by pulling the iPad out you are literally cutting the cord that connects it.

this is what we use, http://a.co/eziX5Rm, and it can print from an iPad that is not in a stand.
