You're able to adjust whether clients can make changes to their appointments.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm wanting to try out the online Appointment ap &amp;nbsp;not sure I like the fact the a client can get on there and make changes to it though also I know I do not want my clients able to prepay for their appointment as the total is not always what is listed as it is a and up thing and we have add on services we try to sale if the prepay the card is put in manually and the fees are higher I do not want higher fees &amp;nbsp;and do not want to have to run a clients card twice !!! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wanting to know if the prepayment part can be disabled&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;thus will help me out alit I’m still getting used to be whole system so far I like it just not that my clients would be able to make changes &amp;nbsp;and I do not like the prepay for my appointments &amp;nbsp;I want to be able to upsell in the Salon without having to bill my clients twice&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
