Promotional pricing is showing up on gift cards - how to disable this

One of our clients is offering a $185 promotion, but it is also showing up on the gift card ordering page - is there a way to remove it, see here - https://uniweb.d.pr/jFfs2V

In this case, I would need to take a look at how this promotion is being applied to be able to understand why it is affecting the gift cards as well @lilisalazar

I found the promotion is actually active on the Gift Card Promotions Page. Please have them update this page and this promotion for Gift Cards will go away.

At this time eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in Online Booking @lilisalazar. This is a limitation our team is aware of, and they are currently looking for ways to make it possible.
