In your Customer Directory &lt;STRONG&gt;Never&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;indicates that that customer has never visited your business, and a "visit" means they purchased an item/service at your business.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did you import any customer/customer information from another customer management tool? You would see &lt;STRONG&gt;Never&lt;/STRONG&gt; if you added a profile from another system but they haven't visited your business since.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Or could an employee have created a customer and then forgotten&amp;nbsp;to add that customer to a sale? If you click on a profile you can see if an email address or phone number has been added. Or, if a duplicate profile exists for a customer you'll also see this at the top of the customer profile. If the profile looks incomplete,&amp;nbsp;e.g. there isn't an email or phone number, or if there is a duplicate entry that could be an&amp;nbsp;indication that it was created by mistake.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="prokeys-snippet-text"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;The title of this thread has been edited from the original: &lt;SPAN class="GAMHBAKCORB GAMHBAKCESB"&gt;Customer Directory - Last Visited&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;What would the reason for a customer to have marked "Never" in the Last Visited column of the customer directory?&amp;nbsp; I have numerous entries of clients who have definitely visited and the directory is not tracking appropriately.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;
