I also have a coffee shop and had the eaxct same issue. It's a nightmare. No one from either Square or Quickbooks could help. They just kept punting to the other company. I ultimately had to cancel my existing Quickbooks account so I could delete Square Sync and create a new Quickbooks account that I could update manually.

Anyone else have a mess after linking to quickbooks? A million transactions that don’t match up to sales because of fees? It also creates an invoice for every one to link separately. NIGHTMARE for a coffee shop! HELP!

Hello @Flyingpigcoffee, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing.

Since this has to do with the categorization of sales on Quickbooks software I recommend reaching out to their Support Team. I wish I could help, but I don't have a strong knowledge of their software. Another seller on the community might be able to help with this, but I think Intuits Support Team will be able to help you get this straightened out.
