&lt;P&gt;Your Point of Sale account will automatically load all of your reports, items, and settings each time you sign into a device. It sounds like you might have created a duplicate account with a different email address. Which would explain why none of your sales information is displayed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I recommend searching your email inboxes to see which one has sales reports from Square. That's probably the fastest way to narrow it down.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
