      <title>How to check loyalty points for customers?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the old system before the update although I like the new one better my customers received 2 texts one for receipt and pne for loyalty.&amp;nbsp; Now I have to keep logging into the computer to get their points for them.&amp;nbsp; Is there something I am missing on how they check the points or is it possible to put the points on the receipt?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;So your customers should still receive a text message when they receive a point or star on a purchase. The text message will come with a link to their Loyalty Status Page. You can see an example of the Customer Loyalty Status Page in our &lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Product-Updates/Important-Update-for-Loyalty-Add-multiple-rewards-customize-your/ba-p/86680" target="_blank"&gt;product update&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also you can check their points from the customers tab on the app! It will be listed in the middle of their profile. You'll have to scroll down a little to see it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
