Error with Items showing up in wrong area of store.

I have am item that is showing up in my "View Store" section when it's not in my "Edit Store" section. Why and how do I get it to come off? This particular item is already set up in another section of my store with a photo and all. But this doesn't seem to be the same thing even though it does share the name.

That sounds strange @LauraShepherd. All of the items available for sale on your Online Store should be visible in the store editor section!

But it sounds like you might have two entries for the same item. You can check this by going to the Items section of your Square Dashboard. Use the search box to enter the name of the item it should bring up the item/items.

If you do find two you'll need to go back to your Store Editor to find and remove that specific item (Ctrl + f is a handy short cut to find specific text on a browser page).

If you still can't find this item please call our CS team so they can check this on the back end help you remove this item.
