&lt;P&gt;Yes, if you'd like a complete separation between accounts, you can deactivate your current account and set up a new one. I also wanted to mention that you can keep your original account open and simply update your EIN, business name information, and login information as necessary from your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/" target="_blank"&gt;online Square Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Account &amp;amp; Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This would allow you to have access to previous reports and sales information, if needed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to deactivate my current account and create a new one using the same EIN since I have multiple changes I need to make (business &amp;amp; personal name changes, email changes, invoice changes, etc.). Am I able to deactivate my current account and create a new one using the same EIN?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
