&lt;P&gt;I went to check on this and the ability to offer a free item after purchasing a designated number of items within that category isn't available at this time. For now,&amp;nbsp;it sounds like the &lt;EM&gt;"&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/3952-create-a-loyalty-program-with-square#set-up-a-loyalty-program" target="_blank"&gt;Per Item or Category&lt;/A&gt;"&lt;/EM&gt; option is the setting that most closely aligns with what you're looking to do.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;So that I can share more details on this request with our Customer Engagement team, can you reply with a bit more on the kinds of items you're selling and why the points/stars option isn't quite hitting the mark?
