can i go negitive on my inventory wheni sell an item and will it add it in when stock comes in so i can sell the item before it comes in

Hi @theclassy! It sounds like you're using Square for Retail! Yes if sell all of your inventory for an item you'll still be able to select that item and sell it from the Retail POS.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking in the second part! The stock you receive after going into negative is the stock sold when you went negative. For example:

Your stock count for an item is 0
You sell 1 item > your stock count is now -1
You receive 1 item (cost $5) > your stock count is now: 0
