Shipping Option: editable option?

We are a PTO that sells tickets to events, spirit wear and access to current fundraisers. Is there an editable option for shipping? Depending on the product or service bought, we have different means of "shipping". I would love to be able to edit an option to say somthing like, "Tickets will be distributed to student's teacher" or "Items can be picked up at the next PTO meeting". Is it possible to do this?

Right now, I make all of our items electronic because there is no followup needed. But I'm sure this is confusing to some parents. Thanks!

Custom check out options are currently a feature request for the Online Store. They're not on our road map currently, but I will make sure to share the request with our Product Team.
