Why am I not rec. Free processing when I sent my link to a friend and she is now using Square?

I signed my friend up for free processing, my friend currently has $1,000 free processing, but mine isnt showing up. Where/when do I get that free processing?

second, the credit comes during your deposit not during the transactions so you need to check your deposit to see the credits. https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/deposits

third, if neither of those seems to show your account you can call customer service to get it figured out.
