Try Dashboard > Reports > Discounts. Click the discount to see a breakdown. @foodiefit123

How can i see detailed discounts report?

today, I saw my employees gave out over $100 in discounts, which is alot for us.

I don't mind it if it was for themselves or few close people, but lately it's gotten worse and now almost out of hand.

When I was reviewing daily summary report, I saw the dicount amount. However, I tried to see when, who, or which transaction the discount was on, I couldn't find an option.

I went to transactions, but it won't show unless I click each transaction one by one and get into it.

it there a way to see just a list of discounts individually? or at least time or receipt number?

also, it might be nice if I can set limit on the discounts that can be given out daily per employee or something like that.

Thanks

@Cornershop When you download the Transactions CSV report from your Dashboard you can view each discount as well as the name of the employee who applied the discount. To download this report:

Navigate to the Transactions section of your online Dashboard.

Click Export in the upper right.

Select Transactions CSV to download the file to your computer.

Note: Employees' names will be listed in the column called 'Staff Name' and you might have to scroll across to view this! If you use Excel you can hide the columns you don't need in order to see the discount and staff name side by side.

It might also be helpful to take a look at this post about restricting discounts with a passcode, which is a feature of Employee Management. There isn't a way to give a employee a certain number of discounts (but that's a great idea) but a manager or trusted employee could have the passcode, and then control how many times it's applied during the day.
