&lt;P&gt;You can add your customer's Reference ID to their profile in the online Square Dashboard: &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/customers/directory" target="_blank"&gt;Customers&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Directory&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; select customer &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Edit Customer &lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Reference ID&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt;. You can then view their purchasing history from the &lt;STRONG&gt;Activity&lt;/STRONG&gt; section on their profile.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We do not import our CRM data into Square, but we want to be able to reference our member's CRM ID in their order placed &amp;amp; paid for using Square.&amp;nbsp; If we use the notes option it adds a line and does not pull that note onto each item purchased for that order.&lt;/P&gt;
