Your customer's bank statement will say something along the lines of

POS PURCHASE SQ*[xxxxx]

where [xxxxx] will be whatever business name you have entered in the dashboard under Account & Settings, Business Name. For tax reporting purposes, I highly recommend that you make your business name match the biz name you have an IRS EIN for and whatever name you set with the business regulations side of your state.
