Credit Card Transactions Lost

Tried to finish setting up my account on PC...but I already made sales a week ago on my phone app. When I tried to link the phone info to the PC...I ended up loosing the info with the sales transactions...does anyone know how to find it? tried looking through reposts...under date aready

it sounds like you either created a different account or logged into a different account than what is on your phone, you don't have to sync them it is all synced in the cloud. logging into Square is just entering your email address and password, there isn't additional setup on the computer.

to see what is logged into on your phone, where the sales would still be, click on the menu icon, then settings then scroll down to see the account name.
